It might! Also, when coming up to the barn, peacock screeching is a warning of serious threat – when going back out, the screeching is merely a friendly farewell. He yawned all through his last two in-hand classes, yet when we walked out of the ring, his head shot up, he realized that people were looking at him in a distinctly menacing manner and they had cars and strange horses with them (needless to say, these were all there when he walked into the ring). This required a lot of spinning, kicking and huffing. It’s the Arabian way.
