Have you had a vet who specializes in horses & horse movement, or a horse chiropractor do a good check up? I’m wondering if something has gotten out of alignment, and with no one to put it back in alignment, he could be getting increasing sore, which would explain why he is getting worse, not better with time. It has only been in the last 10 – 15 years that we humans have come to realize that horse’s get out a alignment much more frequently than anyone had realized.
