I as well have a horse suffering from chronic lyme, and my problem is that he flat out doesn’t eat the doxy. No matter how I try to disguise it.. My latest trick is the peppermint flavored doxy with additional crushed peppermint in it and made into a branmash. We shall see how long this lasts. Along with the Doxy, we are treating with the Ledum and a Lyme supplement from Dr. Xie’s Chinese herbs.

Also, I stuck him on SmartProtect Pellets, which seems to help lengthen the results of the treatments. He just started showing signs of Lyme again and its November, as opposed to earlier in the season.
