I found this on my horse’s neck last evening-it had a crusty scab on top, and when I scraped it away, it oozed a clear liquid (not pus). This is located on his neck, in front of the shoulder, but lower down on his neck. It looks like there is a black substance in the middle, which is being pushed out. How would I help to draw that out? A warm compress with Epsom Salts? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
