I have always worn kerrits flowrise schooling tights because they are lightweight for summer, they fit really well with a flat, wide elastic waist and they last and last. They aren’t bad for winter either. I am looking for another brand because I want a beige/tan pair but I don’t like what they offer. I like the low rise style. Anyone have a good suggestion for a summer weight? I don’t show or compete, so I don’t need anything fancy, I just don’t know where to go next. I can’t wear anything thick or tight in summer because I can’t stand to be too hot and I want something close fitting so they aren’t sliding around my butt. My inseam is 29.

I so far LOVE my Piper’s by SmartPak, they’re thick without being too thick. They’re really cute too, and I love the pockets!

I also LOVE my Tailoerd Sportsman’s. I know they’re expensive, but they are SO WORTH IT! And the fit is amazing.

I bought a pair of Smartpak’s Piper breeches, I really love them. I am usually very picky with my breeches and these are great!

I just ride in shorts and sneakers in the summer. Our humidity is so bad that I would peel off my skin if I could. Sometimes I do put on half chaps to avoid rainbows up the insides of my legs – they aren’t too hot and are easy to remove when I finish riding.

It is never the horse's fault
