When I’m riding, the stirrup leather buckle twists so that it sticks straight out into to my upper thigh. It is uncomfortable. I was told that some leathers come with a curved buckle that would eliminate this problem. After searching on line, I found that the description does not identify the buckle type. Has anyone had this problem? Did the curved buckle help? Can I order just the buckle so I can replace the current buckles. Does anyone have a suggestion that might help? I tried the Wintec webbers and found them difficult to adjust while riding.. My saddle is of good quality and has been well cared for. I like to school horses in dressage. I am 76 years old and do not care to show.
