I discovered one of our heavyweight Rambo blankets got left in the washer.. It must have been in there for 2-3 weeks? The whole inside (horse side) is mold. I washed it again, and removed the blanket right when it was finished, and while that took most of the mold out, there is still white patches on it. Does anyone know what I can do to clean it better?

You could try washing it again in hot soapy water and allowing it to dry in sunshine. There are mold killers sold for other purposes, but I would hesitate to put them on a blanket. Sun will kill mold.

It is never the horse's fault
