I have a lovely 1.5yr old CWD that I love but I have a new horse who requires a more narrow tree. Just had both horses fitted again to see what size tree for each. Fortunately, they both use a 28-29cm tree.

I tried the new Stubben Get Connected in the 29cm tree and it works great for both horses and myself. I can order a new one, but lead time is too long for some important upcoming shows for the new horse. 🙁

So, now I need to find something in a narrow tree. Most ALL French saddles are in the standard 30-31cm tree.

Anyone out there have something or know of something, I am all ears!!

    Thank you!

You might want to post this on the Classified “Wanted” Forum on this website. It is the 3rd one down

In addition to G&S’s suggestion, you could also check Ebay. I got a really nice used Stubben there.

It is never the horse's fault

What size saddle do you need? I picked up an adjustable tree Rembrandt hunt seat saddles that instead of using interchangeable gullet plates to change the width, uses a small mechanism on the underside of the saddle to widen or narrow the tree. This saddle line has been discontinued, and these saddles are hard to find used and new ones are non-existent. However, the saddle measures as a 16-1/2″, but rides like a 17″, which may be too small for you. The flaps are cut like an all purpose hunt seat, but balanced so that the rider can be correctly positioned for dressage. The saddle is in very good used condition. Asking price: $600 plus shipping.
