I am having a rough time finding simple rain gear in women’s sizes. I am 5’4″ and can wear a small men’s but they are still quite large. Pro Rainer used to make the perfect gear but they have been purchased by Viking and don’t carry the style I like anymore, long jacket with matching bibs in lightweight poly for CA’s San Francisco Bay Area weather. I don’t need or want anything fancy. Just something to keep me dry while fixing fences or clearing ditches. Any suggestions?

I just wear a slicker. Works well for me. You might also try Duluth Trading Co., as they have helpful people and a nice selection of things. Also found the perfect farm boots at Fleet Mills – they might also have rain gear.

You are welcome – hope you find what you need. Amazon and ebay are also good places to find things.

I checked Amazon but didn’t try eBay. In any of my searches there was nothing listed for women unless it was fancy equestrian jackets or snow gear. I really do like the bibs and wear them to weed whack as well as for rain.
